SDL Rebate offers a complete service offering which is in line with the Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, the SETA Act, the SAQA Act, and the BBBEEE act. Each of the services offered by SDL Rebate is designed not only to comply with the various legislative Acts but also to assist Small Qualifying Companies to achieve each aspect of the legal training environment in South Africa.
SDL Rebate will assist with setting up and hosting the training committee. A training committee must be set up and managed as part of the Skills Development Act.
A training policy needs to be set up and published to ensure that each employee understands the guidelines set out by a company with regards to skills development. The training policy is a mandatory policy required by the Skills Development Act
A TNA (Training Needs Analysis) is used to identify targeted training for each employee. The TNA is the foundation of your training plan for the training year. The TNA is a mandatory process as outlined in the Skills Development Act

SDL Rebate manages all training providers on your behalf, the scheduling of training, the issuing of certificates and leadership requirements
The Anual Training Report (ATR) and Work Place Skills Plan (WSP) are the evidence that a company has achieved its annual training requirements. This report is used to validate the Skill Pillar for companies BBBEEE verification (Only a registered SDF can submit the completed document to SETA)
Monthly training reports are provided which looks at the planned training vs actual training achieved in line with the ATR/WSP
